The coffee belt is the area between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. This part of the world has the best climate for growing coffee beans.

Robusta vs Arabica
There are many different varieties of coffee. They all small and taste differently. The same type of coffee bean can vary in taste, depending on where it is grown. There are 2 main varieties - you guessed it, Arabica and Robusta.
Robusta coffee is high in caffeine and has a stronger, slightly more bitter taste than other coffee varieties. Pure Robusta coffee is not very popular as it is too strong to be enjoyable.
Arabica coffee has a lower caffeine content. Roasted Arabica beans have a sweet smell and are known to have a better flavour than other varieties. Arabica is thought to be of a higher quality than Robusta, therefore most of the worlds coffee production is Arabica.
